Tumors arising from sweat glands of eyelids are rare . Nodular hidradenoma is a benign adnexal neoplasm with sweat gland ductal origin. Annual incidence rate of sweat gland tumors is about 5.1 cases per 1 million people. we have reported a case of nodular hidradenoma in an elderly male patient , who presented with a painless , multinodular swelling of upper eyelids since past 20 years . There was no regional auricular , cervical , submandibular lymphadenopathy . Other ocular and systemic examination was normal. A complete wide excision of mass was performed along with primary closure .The histopathology report is suggestive of nodular hygradenoma.
