INTRODUCTION _Pregnancy Induced Hypertension is common medical condition during pregnancy about 6 to 8% and visual symptoms in PIH 25 to 50%.Exudative or serous RD occurs <1% with pre eclampsia, 10% eclampsia. METHOD and RESULT_In our study 1st patients was 34yr old female 3rdgravida PIH having complain of DOV in RE vision FC 3 feet, Fundus examination suggestive of RE Exudative Retinal Detachment..2nd patient was 20yr old female primigravida with PIH having complain of DOV in BE , vision FC 1 feet and Fundus examination suggestive of BE Accelerated Hypertensive Retinopathy.. CONCLUSION _The ocular vascular changes correlated with severity of Hypertension and ophthalmic examination is very helpful for evaluation, diagnosis and management of PIH.
