Measles is now seen rarely n paediatric population in post vaccination era.
Systemic and Occular complication are seen together.
But only occular Complication are rarely seen.
The most common acquired occular complications of measles are mild papillary conjuntivitis or red eye seen in India, but usually not specific.
however keratitis of variable degree is uncommon.
We have reported a case of only occular complication post measels 4 days. which is corneal superficial punctate keratitis, which is stain positive.
We managed this case conservatively and with good visual outcome.
Keratitis of variable degree is uncommon in india population so we would like to report this case.
