Purpose:- To correlate between Axial length, Applanation tonometry & Central corneal thickness.
Method:- Prospective based study included 104 eyes. All myopic patients were taken from Sep. 2017 to May 15, 2018. All ocular examination including central corneal thickness, applanation tonometry, axial length.
Results:-There is no significant correlation between axial length & applanation tonometry r= 0.06261406<0 & there is correlation between applanation tonometry & central corneal thickness r= 0.207845736<0, but there is negative correlation between axial length & pachymetry r = -0.1877<0. Conclusion:- we con¬cluded that there is clinically difference in axial length myopia depending on its degree but is not statistically significant. Applanation tonometry has positive correlation with axial length. Pachymetry has negative correlation with axial length & positive correlation with applanation tonometry.
