Posterior capsule rupture (PCR) is a dreaded eventuality for any
anterior segment surgeon. The way to go is to relax & take a deep breath before proceeding further. PCR can be managed well with a cool mind . I will share few important tips for PCR management which can make lot of difference in final surgical outcome.
These tips are especially important for young ophthalmologist who panic in cases of PCR .Anticipation & well planned handling of cases of PCR can prevent further tissue damage & give good post op outcome.
