PURPOSE:- To compare the anterior chamber depth , axial length & intraocular lens power by ultrasonic & optical biometry.
METHOD:- Prospective based study included 54 eyes with cataract. All patients were taken from Sep. 2017 to May 15, 2018 in OPD of Eye Institute. In all patients, all ocular examination were done & posted for cataract surgery. we compared ocular biometry measurement by Applanation, Immersion & Optical Technique.
RESULTS:-The results show IOL master correlates more with implanted IOLP (r=0.99). Axial length correlation is (r = 0.98)between immersion & IOL master. IOLP correlation is (r = 0.97)between immersion & IOL master. Correlation is (r = 0.82) for ACD in between contact and Immersion.
CONCLUSION:- We can conclude that there is a significant correlation between Implanted IOLP and IOL master IOLP.
