Objective: To study the ocular manifestations in patients with intracranial space occupying lesions (ICSOL).Method: Observational descriptive hospital-based study. Minimum of 70 patients diagnosed and undiagnosed with ICSOL coming to Ophthalmology OPD, Neurosurgery OPD and admitted patients in Neurosurgery were selected. After fulfilling inclusion criteria patients detailed clinical history and detailed ophthalmic examination was done depending upon chief ocular complaints. Results: Most common ocular manifestation was papilloedema followed by the diminution of vision, ptosis, diplopia, proptosis.Glioma(27%) was encountered to be most common brain tumour followed by the pituitary adenoma(18%) and cerebellopontine angle tumours (10%). Conclusion: Ophthalmologist plays important role in early diagnosis of ICSOL and also help in localization of a brain tumour.
