Medicolegal issues are on the rise in all medical fraternities. Tackling this burning & delicate issue requires
proper workup & study of law governing it. Eye being a delicate & most important of the sense organ, anything
going wrong & untoward draws a lot of resentment & ire not only by the patient but their relatives as well so
much so that if not handled in time & properly most probably goes in for litigation warranting lot of hardship
to the concerned Eye Surgeon. This instruction course has been planned not only to make our colleagues
aware of the laws governing medicolegal issues but also simultaneously tackle the unruly patient, his/her
relatives, politicians & press as well. What pre emptive steps to take to avoid litigation? What precautions to
