AIOS ARC Concluding Session for LDP, Batch 2018
The concluding session of the LDP is an exposure to the Leadership world of Ophthalmology. A year that has
been, the LDP program has opened up the Individual Ophthalmologist to see a vision BEYOND THE ORDI-
NARY. It has been a period of realization of an individual’s inner potential. To open up latent talents and to
give the world and the society a lot more than that was conceived. The program concludes with sharing of
experience, the stumbles and the troubles in Leadership in Ophthalmology and the ecstasy of reaching for the
stars. Now it’s time to give back to the Society.
