Corneal transparency Post Penetrating Keratoplasty after few months remains a challenge.
Apart from tissue rejection, glaucoma plays a pivotal role for corneal haze. It nullifies the improved techniques of pre- operative , operative and post operative procedures and medications.
In our retrospective study of 359 cases, we have concluded that pupiloplasty during penetrating keratoplasty along with specific drug regime can save useful vision.
